Transplanted to Twin Butte, AB, Herky’s been writing songs since the late 90's and gigging as a solo performer for over 4 years. Imfluences include The Band, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Bonnie Raitt and countless independent songwriters he's been privileged to see over the years. He calls his unique genre "Contemporary Hippy Folk Rock."
